Parade Forms 2025
If participating in the parade and reserving a table, please complete both forms. Setup begins at 8:30. The parade begins at 10:00 am and the festival will continue in The Grove until 3:30 pm. Please complete this form (click picture) to reserve a table/booth at our festival on June 1, 2025. The cost is $100 which you can donate using the donate button below. If you are planning to sell items, you will need to get a City of Clayton Business License (click).
